The best memories are made around the table. Good food is the foundation of genuine happiness.

Hello today! This is Aaindrila, and today I am going to talk about 10 best restaurants in Mumbai. Because according to me nothing brings people together like good food. Honestly, I don’t want to look back & think “I could have eaten that’’. So, here I go with some Egg-cellent restaurants in Mumbai.

1.Hitchki

Hitchki is a high end restaurant located in an equally high end locality, Bandra Kurla Complex. This is a huge outlet with an excellent seating space. The ambience of this place is very cozy having one of the better playlists. The bar counter is visually very appealing. The staff members here are very polite and helpful.

The collection of drinks this place has is amazing. The mocktails are refreshing, He-Man being the best among them. This place serves some lipsmacking Non Vegetarian appetizers and mains, also the names of some of these dishes are very creative. You can also try some vegetarian dishes, they were equally good. The desserts served here are very rich and unique.

3.Yazu – Pan Asian Supper Club

Located in the heart of Mumbai’s partyscape,Yazu stands out on the busy Oshiwara street lined with pubs and bars. The earthy interiors with candle-lit tables, contemporary lanterns and whimsical artwork establish it as a warm dinner spot when you first walk in. The set up seems perfect for big date nights and dinners with the fam to gorge on dim sum or meaty small plates. But as the clock ticks into the night, everything about this seemingly sober diner transforms, turning it into a buzzing party hub. You’d find the island bar swarming with pub-hoppers as the DJ spins foot tapping numbers. Bringing the best of both worlds this place promises a dose of good food and party vibes for all those who are game! We also recommend putting on your dancing best to this pan Asian supper club!

From Chinese Crackling Pork Cheung Fun, to Japanese Black Rice Avocado Rolls and even Tibetan Thenthuk, the menu covers the whole gamut of Asian favourites. If you want an even more immersive experience, go straight for the elaborate Sushi Boats. 5.Dragonfly Experience

If a night-club has a well stocked bar, a decent dance floor and great music to go along, we don’t usually clamour for much more. Which is probably why walking into Dragonfly Experience feels breathtaking. Oozing glitz, grandeur and drama, the towering space looks something of a magical dream. It’s abuzz with shimmering dragonflies, aerial artwork with hints of anime and ceiling high columns stacked with bottles of brew! And it doesn’t end there – as celebrity DJs drop the beat, the walls come alive with trippy visuals taking your experience to a whole new level!

8.Pepper & Pint

Pepper & Pint recently opened their doors to Mumbai a month back which saw quite a few celebrity footfalls during its launch. Came here for a Tuesday dinner to an airy welcoming dining section with the right amount of lighting to enjoy their elegant décor!

The ambiance is something of a mix; you have certain sections within which gives you a feel of fine dine while the larger section gives it a casual dining look – Choose your seating based on your mood! Moving to some top favorite Mains : – Springfield Vegetable Pizza : Thin crusted pizza topped with cheese and topped with the usual healthy greens such as broccoli, baby corn, jalapenos & mushrooms. Sufficient enough for 2 people this 10 inch pizza with the crunchiest outer base will have you going for another slice for sure!

9.Riso

Riso- veg Italian restaurant is not a place where Italian is written for namesake and what you get inside just is Indian version of Italian.. It’s authenticity speaks in the food they serve! It’s originality in the way the whole menu is designed! The staff is so amazing, so courteous, so helpful. A special mention to Arif for being so kind, so genuine with suggestions!

The ambience is not so fancy but every flaw is covered by the taste they offer! Who cares what the ambience is, if the taste is super! The menu is a divided into Italian cuisine, Mexican cuisine and

Lebanese cuisine but no compromise on any whatsoever!

Some top favourites:

In food:

* Jalapeno sticks* which was fresh jalapeno stuffed with cheese and some secret spices fried to crust having amazing taste, the cheese melting as we open into the stick, giving that drama and theatre that you need!

*Hummus peri peri with pita bread* the hummus was so creamy having that hit of peri peri that you need the pita bread so soft making it a perfect combination!

*Special tacos* mini tacos served with a veg filling, some kidney beans topped with cheese and served with a side of Salsa Verde. This is one dish which was personally a little bland for me, but the presentation was very nice!

*Tagliatelle in riso sauce* i.e noodles cooked in their special sauce with loads of veggies and having that nice spice! Must try dish if you love noodles!

The after taste of spice, the sauce, the veggies having that slight crunch left to it a perfect thing!
